Loving god

Elizabethtown Baptist Church (EBC) believes that the heart of our journey begins with embracing the truth of God’s unconditional love for us, and reminding ourselves that we are called to love God as well. The first commandment is this, to love the Lord your God with all of your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind (Matthew 22: 37)

Loving others

EBC strives to be a place where everyone is welcome. We are often reminded of the second great commandment “and you shall love your neighbor as you love yourself.” (Matthew 22:39) We are aware that in a world filled with exclusion that Jesus calls us to invite “whomsoever will.” You are welcome to our family.

EBC focuses on being a faith family that loves one another and shares life together. We strive to unite people in Christ and encourage and disciple others to be more like Jesus in their daily walk. We are reminded that God does not leave us where we are, but rather transforms through the Holy Spirit working in and through us.
